Closure of Sheldon Road for construction
of railroad underpass
Sheldon Road from Farmer Street to just south of the ramps
to M-14 will be closed to through traffic on December 12,
2006 for approximately 23 months for construction of the
Sheldon Road/CSX Railroad Underpass.
The M-14/Sheldon Road ramps will be fully open during this
time. Construction work will be performed from dawn to dusk
only (no overnight work) under the direct supervision of
Wayne County Department of Public Services.
