Charter Township of Plymouth election and are provided for
informational purposes only.
TOWNSHIP HALL BOND PROPOSAL
Shall the Charter Township of Plymouth, Wayne County,
Michigan, borrow the principal sum of not to exceed six
million dollars ($6,000,000), payable in not to exceed
twenty- five (25) years from the date of issue, and issue
its General Obligation Limited Tax Capital Improvement
Bonds pursuant to act 34, Public Acts of Michigan, 2001,
as amended, for the purpose of paying part of the cost of
acquiring, constructing and equipping a new Township Hall
and site improvements and appurtenances related thereto?
The principal and interest of the bonds shall be payable
from the general funds of the Township lawfully available
for such purposes including property taxes levied within
applicable charter, statutory and constitutional tax rate
limitations. |
