Plymouth Community Safe Citizens
The City of Plymouth Police Dept. in conjunction with the
Plymouth Township Police Dept. would like to announce a new
service. We are offering a program called “Community Safe
Citizens”, this program is directed towards our physically
or mentally impaired citizens, of all ages, who may walk
away from their homes and be unable to communicate their
name or address to authorities.
A file will be maintained at the police department which
will contain a photo and contact information for these
citizens. In the event they become disoriented or lost, we
will have the information available to identify the person.
We will then contact the responsible person listed on their
form, and return them to their homes.
If you have a loved one living in the City or Township of
Plymouth, please fill out the Safe Citizen Form and attach a
current photo of the person.
