Chairman Mann called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

IV. Minutes of the January 12, 2004, Meeting.

Approval of the minutes was delayed until the March meeting.

V. Old Business. – There was none.

VI. New Business.

    A. Update on Status of Ann Arbor Road Streetscape Project

Terry Croad of McKenna Associates updated the members, saying he had met with MDOT several times in January, and they were scheduled to meet again February 19 after the preliminary plans have been presented to the DDA and Planning Commission for their comments.

    B. Presentation of MDOT’S Concept Streetscape Plan for Comments

Members reviewed the plans with Mr. Croad and Mrs. Hodges, making suggestions in various areas. Mr. Croad said the plans would be brought back at least once more.

VII. Public Comment. – There was none.

VIII. Adjournment.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:55 p.m.
