Downtown Development Authority Board Minutes
March 8, 2004
Chairman Mann called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m.

IV. Approval of Minutes
A. January 12, 2004

Moved by Mr. Grutza, supported by Mr. Kolb, to approve the minutes of January
12, 2004, and February 9, 2004, as presented.
Ayes all.
V. Old Business. – There was none.
VI. New Business.
A. Update on Status of Ann Arbor Road Streetscape Project
Terry Croad of McKenna Associates updated the members, saying a 60-day extension
has been granted to obtain easements. MDOT still hopes to bid the project the
first week of August. He said he, Mr. Anulewicz, and Mr. Bailey reviewed every
site. He then pointed out the revisions that are to be sent back to MDOT.
Mr. Anulewicz answered questions about obtaining the easements. He said the
property owners are interested in seeing just what is to be done on their
individual properties. He said drawings were to be available by this Friday to
go out to the owners.
B. Proposed CVS Drug Store at the northwest corner of
Haggerty
and Ann Arbor Road – Site Plan
Sally Hodges of McKenna Associates reviewed the site plan with members and noted
their recommendations for changes.
VII. Public Comment.
Mr. Walter Allen of the Plymouth Elks Club asked questions on their behalf. He also complimented the Authority on their work and offered the club’s cooperation.
VIII. Adjournment.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:01 p.m.
