Chairman Cebulski indicated there was a request by the applicant to have removed from the agenda Application 1902/1005, Plymouth Towne Square, under Item 5, Old Business.

Moved by Commissioner Davis, supported by Commissioner Arnold, to approve the agenda for the Regular Meeting of January 18, 2006, as amended.

Ayes all with Commissioner Pratt absent.

Roy Biggs of Plaza Lanes and Mike Nagle of Vital Signs addressed the Commission and answered questions.

Moved by Commissioner Davis, supported by Commissioner Pratt, to table Application 1906/1105, Plaza Lanes request for sign approval, for up to 60 days to allow for time for the applicant to meet on-site with Mrs. Hodges from McKenna Associates to discuss possible other solutions.

AYES: Davis, Pratt, Barberena, Cebulski, Litwin, Siedlaczek.
NAYS: Arnold, Sturdy, Postell. Motion carried.

The reports of Dietrich Bailey Associates and McKenna Associates were reviewed by Michael Bailey and Sally Hodges, respectively and the fire department report was received.

Kenneth Jacobs from Plymouth-Canton Schools and Rich Hodak, landscape architect and civil engineer for the school district, addressed the Commission, presented plans, and answered questions. Mr. Jacobs stated that the paving proposed is limited by the budget and that more site improvements may be made in the future.

Moved by Commissioner Davis, supported by Commissioner Pratt, that a letter be written to the Superintendent of Schools and the Board of Education of the Plymouth Canton Community School District, thanking them for sending their representatives with information and affording the opportunity for comments to the Planning Commission, and that the report in conjunction with Application 1909/1205, Allen School, be received and filed.

    3.  Community Development Site Plan Status Report.

The Commission discussed various items in the report, asked that the status column have more descriptive information, and that the report be forthcoming quarterly.

Moved by Commissioner Davis, supported by Commissioner Pratt, to elect Dennis Cebulski as Chairman.

Ayes all, with Chairman Cebulski abstaining.

Moved by Commissioner Pratt, supported by Commissioner Sturdy, to elect Carol Davis as Vice Chairman.

Ayes all, with Commissioner Davis abstaining.

Moved by Commissioner Davis, supported by Commissioner Pratt, to elect Kendra Barberena as Secretary.

Ayes all with Commissioner Barberena abstaining.

ITEM NO. 10 -- BOARD OF TRUSTEES ACTION

1. At their meeting of January 10, 2005, the Board of Trustees approved the Final Preliminary Plat for The Vineyards of Plymouth, Leo Soave Developments, LLC, Applicant, as requested in P.C. Application 1881.
