1. Regular Meeting – December 5, 2002
Moved by Mr. Griffith, supported by Mr. Bridgman, to approve the minutes of the
Regular Meeting of December 5, 2002, as submitted. Motion carried unanimously.

The applicant is requesting one variance:
They would like to reduce the paved area and increase the green space on the
site by reducing the width of some parking spaces from 10 feet down to 9 feet.
Requesting a reduction of one (1) foot of parking space width from ten (10) feet
to nine (9) feet.
Mr. Donald Barry of DeMattia Group addressed the Board and answered questions.
Moved by Mr. Griffith, supported by Mr. Levengood, to approve Application 1326,
the DeMattia Group’s request for a reduction of one (1) foot of parking space
width from ten (10) feet down to nine (9) feet at the Comcast Cable development,
41112 Concept Drive, inasmuch as this enhances the property, reduces the amount
asphalt lot coverage and makes for a more attractive setting. Motion carried
unanimously.
Moved by Mr. Griffith, supported by Mr. Levengood, to adjourn the meeting.
Motion carried unanimously.
Chairman Steiner adjourned the meeting at 5:10 p.m.

If denied, the applicant may appeal to Circuit Court.
