December 9, 2002

Chairman Mann called the meeting to order at 4:08 p.m.

Elaine Hovey arrived at 4:10 p.m.

James Anulewicz, Director of Public Services
Al McFadyen, McKenna Associates
Alice Geletzke, Recording Secretary

IV. Minutes of October 14, 2002, meeting.

Moved by Mr. Grutza, supported by Mrs. Karell, to accept the minutes of October 14, 2002, as presented. Ayes all.

Update on TEA 21 Project

Mr. McFadyen said the project was still on schedule to begin design work in the spring.

VI. New Business

Site Plan Review: 111 West Ann Arbor Road (Fox Hills Chrysler Jeep)

The plans were examined by Authority members. They felt that the Ann Arbor Road Corridor improvement standards should be applied to a responsible degree. Mr. Anulewicz agreed to relay their feelings to the Planning Commission at their meeting on Wednesday, December 11.

VIII. Adjournment

Moved by Mrs. Karell, seconded by Mr. Kolb, to adjourn. Ayes all.

Mr. Mann adjourned the meeting at 4:47 p.m.
