Moved by Commissioner Pratt, supported by Commissioner Davis, to approve the
Agenda for the special meeting of Tuesday, October 5, 2005, as submitted.

Sally Hodges of McKenna Associates reviewed their letter of September 15,
2005, Stephanie Harbour reviewed the report of Dietrich, Bailey and Associates
and the Fire Department report was received.
Representatives of Faisal and Sons Investments, Inc., reviewed their plans and
the listings in the McKenna report item by item, as well as presenting proposed
building materials.
Moved by Commissioner Davis, supported by Commissioner Postell, to grant final
site plan approval for Application 1873/0305, Faisal and Sons Investments, Inc.,
subject to:
1. All the items in the McKenna review letter of September 15, 2005, being met
including revised photometric plans.
2. Exclusion of all signs, including the color of the canopy fascia, from the
site plan approval.
3. All of the subjects in the Fire Marshall’s report and comments in the report
of Dietrich, Bailey and Associates being met.
4. The specifications of the building materials being noted on the plans, and
being as agreed upon this evening.
5. The rooftop mechanicals screening be as shown on the plans but with the
louvers
removed from the south face of the enclosures and sound insulation added.
